The Diversity & Inclusion Committee of HRACO is the resource for Human Resources and Diversity professionals in Central Ohio, advancing knowledge and empowering members through programs and activities, promote compliance with SHRM diversity initiatives and to work with the HRACO board to suggest policies and promote values that support diversity.
Our vision is to enhance the competency of Human Resources and Diversity professionals on Diversity and Inclusion best practices through education, expert resources, training and more.
