Building On Your Quiet StrengthIntroverts ARE leaders. This inspirational and practical keynote demonstrates how introverts can use their quiet strengths to conquer leadership challenges. Extroverts and “Ambiverts” will also learn how to expand their leadership skills. All audience members will learn to use their natural style and flex to others. Jennifer draws upon her latest research, stories and humor to demonstrate how organizations can harness introvert power. She will walk the audience through a well-oiled leadership and career development process called the 4 P’s.
Attendees will learn how Preparing, being Present, Pushing, and Practicing can help us all become the leaders we were meant to be.

Jennifer Kahnweiler, Ph.D., Certified Speaking Professional is an author and global speaker called “the champion for introverts.” Her bestselling books, The Introverted Leader 2nd edition, Quiet Influence, and The Genius of Opposites, have been translated into 16 languages. Her newest book on creating an introvert-friendly workplace will be coming out next year. Jennifer has consulted with hundreds of organizations including GE, NASA, and the CDC and has developed and run leadership programs from Singapore to Spain. She received her doctorate in counseling and organizational development from Florida State University and majored in Sociology as an undergraduate at Washington University, St. Louis. She worked at the University of Cincinnati as Director of Career Development and has frequently presented at national and state SHRM conferences. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Time Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. Jennifer serves on several boards and is a mentor to many professional women. A native New Yorker, she now calls Atlanta, GA home.
