Panelists from Huntington, Chipotle, and Clearpath HR will share their experiences from both a big company and smaller company perspective, engaging the audience to also participate in the dialogue. Discussion will include: What does "culture fit" mean? Why is it important? How to you assess whether an applicant and current employees fit this culture? If your employees fail to align with the company's culture, what are the consequences to your company and to the employees and how do you help them align?  How does a company go through the process of defining its "purpose" and how do you help your employees understand how they can contribute to this "purpose"?  What does a culture index look like in an employee engagement survey?  What happens if your company does not currently have a favorable reputation, but you have a responsibility to attract talent to help turn it around?   These and other relevant questions will be addressed.

Learning Objectives:
- Defining and assessing a company's "culture fit"
- Understanding the importance of having alignment with your company's values and implications not having it)
- Exploring how a company goes through the process of defining its "purpose"
