“Living Life at Performance Level” is an interactive keynote presentation that is designed to energize, inspire and entertain professional audiences. It centers on a metaphor that comes directly from Curtis’ experience as a performer: Your life is a show, you are the star, and you get to control everything that happens on your stage. Curtis walks his audience through each mindset shift of living their lives as a performance, equipping people with immediately-actionable tools to take ownership, live their dream and create experiences that allow their team members and customers to live their dreams, too.

Learning Objectives:
1. Embrace leadership and vision - “Be the director” of your life, modeling the behavior you want to see and taking ownership of your initiatives.
2. Develop a mindset for success - “Write a new script” that allows you to take risks, fail successfully and remove limitations to create the highest caliber of products and services.
3. Build a rockstar team - “Cast your show” with a highly engaged team through managing conflict with integrity, giving positive people more lines, and communicating honestly and openly.
