Works with the Arrangements Manager to coordinate: the location, food & beverage, table/equipment setup or layout, and audio-visual equipment (AVE) and all other equipment needs for all monthly membership meetings, orientation sessions and workshops.
Evaluates related issues as they pertain to diversity with groups/schools/Association and work together on the development, implementation and maintenance of approved diversity initiatives.
Manages the mentoring program and the annual HR scholarship awards for both undergraduate and masters degree candidates. Acts as a liaison to the local collegiate HRA chapters.
The purpose of this committee is to monitor and support community activities that encourage workforce readiness and career development initiatives throughout Central Ohio by providing educational and professional development, career counseling assistance, and chapter involvement; transforming job skills into careers.
