HRACO has seven Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that meet regularly to network and address specific HR related topics of interest.  HRACO members are invited to join our online SIG communities to communicate with fellow members regarding these groups.

Special Interest Group meetings are free and available to HRACO members and open to non-members at a cost of $40 per meeting hour. Registration is required on the HRACO calendar of events.

Designed to provide opportunities to network and discuss issues specifically relating to compensation and benefits for HR professionals.

Developed and designed to provide employee relations HR professionals with continued development of their knowledge, skills and abilities within the Employee Relation specialty.

In-Transition is open to all Human Resource professionals seeking new job opportunities. The group’s mission is “To provide encouragement and fellowship to Human Resource professionals via informational and social networking events.”

Intended for HR personnel actively dealing with union issues or those who want to keep abreast of the latest developments in labor relations.

Offers professional development and networking opportunities on a quarterly basis to discuss topics related to the talent acquisition and employment functions.

The Training and Development SIG has been developed to provide members with a platform to network, share knowledge and gain continued education in the latest trends in T&D.

The Training and Development SIG will discuss and plan activities around topics such as: Training to increase productivity and morale; Criminal background checks; How to create a training plan.

We welcome all members who want to gain more knowledge of or share their Training and Development skills.
